This Repast Simphony model simulates genomic admixture during the farming expansion of human groups from mainland Asia into the Papuan dominated islands of Southeast Asia during the Neolithic period.

Peer reviewed FishCensus

Miguel Pais | Published Tuesday, December 06, 2016 | Last modified Thursday, February 09, 2017

The FishCensus model simulates underwater visual census methods, where a diver estimates the abundance of fish. A separate model is used to shape species behaviours and save them to a file that can be shared and used by the counting model.

LimnoSES - social-ecological lake management undergoing regime shifts

Romina Martin | Published Thursday, November 24, 2016 | Last modified Friday, January 18, 2019

LimnoSES is a coupled system dynamics, agent-based model to simulate social-ecological feedbacks in shallow lake use and management.

Cooperation Under Resources Pressure (CURP)

María Pereda José Manuel Galán Ordax José Santos | Published Monday, November 21, 2016 | Last modified Wednesday, April 25, 2018

This is an agent-based model designed to explore the evolution of cooperation under changes in resources availability for a given population

This model was build to explore the bio-cultural interaction between AMH and Neanderthals during the Middle to Upper Paleolithic Transition in the Iberian Peninsula

This is a stylized model based on Alonso’s model investigating the relationship between urban sprawl and income segregation.

We expose RA agent-based model of the opinion and tolerance dynamics in artificial societies. The formal mathematical model is based on the ideas of Social Influence, Social Judgment, and Social Identity theories.

This model examines the potential impact of market collapse on the economy and demography of fishing households in the Logone Floodplain, Cameroon.

We compare three model estimates for the time and treatment requirements to eliminate HCV among HIV-positive MSM in Victoria, Australia: a compartmental model; an ABM parametrized by surveillance data; and an ABM with a more heterogeneous population.
